INFANT FEEDING & POSTPARTUM WELLNESS IN VANCOUVER WA & PORTLAND OR
Feeding your baby can be enjoyable, comfortable, and stress-free.
If feeding your baby has been way harder than you expected, you aren’t alone.
The pediatrician says one thing. Google says another. And your intuition tells you neither is quite right… but you don’t know what is.
When your baby struggles with feeding, those precious postpartum days fill with stress, worry, and fear.
Is my baby gaining enough weight? Will this ever get less painful? How much longer can I keep going like this?
You don’t have to wait for your baby to “grow out of it,” or give up on your feeding goals & priorities.
You need someone who is on your team, with the experience and expertise to guide you towards more comfortable and joyful feeding for both you and your baby.
Parents reach out to me saying things like…
“My birth was so traumatic, and it feels like there’s no way I’ll be able to breastfeed.”
“My baby screams and cries around the clock. Is this just colic or is there something I can do?”
“I don’t know if I can make it through another sleepless night. I love my toddler but I really feel like I’m losing it and I need to wean.”
“Breastfeeding has been so painful, but everyone says I need to tough it out. Is this really what it’s supposed to feel like?”
“We’re finally home from the NICU, and now… I feel so alone. I’m scared my baby isn’t growing and I don’t know if I can do this.”
I help families like yours get to the root cause of your baby’s feeding issues, so that you can rest easy knowing your baby is feeding well and feeling good.
I come to you for visits in your home—
no travel, no waiting room, no changing out of your pjs.

“My breastfeeding journey came with a lot more struggle than I had anticipated, which will create a lot of stress and pain for anyone in my shoes. Cecelia was an absolute life saver.
During our multiple sessions there was never a moment that I didn't feel heard, supported, and respected. Never judged or shamed. She had so much knowledge to share and was incredibly helpful all around. She was a lovely presence in our home during the very sensitive postpartum period, even our baby son was always calm and relaxed around her. So much stress was alleviated with her help. I can't sing her praises enough!”

“My husband and I have been telling everyone how much we have appreciated and benefited from Cecelia's lactation services! We could not recommend her highly enough!
Not only does she just have the warmest, kindest, most approachable vibes; but she is incredibly knowledgeable about such a wide range of child-related topics! It has been really valuable to learn about oral motor skills, structural mechanics of babies' and mothers' bodies, and general knowledge about the benefits of breastfeeding.
She has a gentle way of offering encouragement without ever applying pressure. She is very strength-based and helps me maintain hope even when things are incredibly challenging. She is very responsive to texts and is easy to schedule with. So grateful to have connected with her!”
